When people think of Israel they will generally have a picture of Jerusalem in their mind and all the religious and historical significance that goes with it however a place that can be often overlooked if Tel Aviv and flats Tel Aviv are becoming very popular amongst Israeli’s and tourists alike.
Why is this city so popular? Well it really is a tourist attraction in itself and welcomes thousands to its shores every year. It is especially renowned for its long beaches that, in total, stretch over some 5km with most hotels in the area being found right on the edge of the beaches themselves meaning any tourists to the area will not have any extensive travelling to partake in this particular venture. However Tel Aviv isn’t all about beaches and sunning yourself and it does have many historical and cultural sites such as the Diaspora Museum and the Rabin Center which are popular with almost everyone who goes to the city; while its Bauhaus style architecture is something that will live long in the memory.
Renting an apartment in the area will not be overly expensive as the city hasn’t yet transformed itself into a tourist hotspot even though the country as a whole is beginning to go that way. This means that if you are either buying a property in the area or even looking ot rent somewhere for a few months out of the year then you are sure to do so and at a very reasonable price as well. Considering all the above mentioned attractions (and this is very much just the tip of the iceberg, so to speaks, as Tel Aviv also has a busting nightlife with great shopping facilities as well) it would be mad to miss out on such a great opportunity and fantastic city.
