Vivint summer sales | How the BBB Makes Money

Vivint summer sales:

You should never put too high a price on protecting your home and your family and this is especially true when it comes to home security equipment. Burglary has been on the rise in recent years and more and more homes are falling victim to this crime however it has been good news for companies like Vivint who operate in the home security market as they have seen their sales and client base rise. Indeed, it is not just that crime is rising that has made people flock to companies like Vivint in order to protect their homes; rather it is also the case that home security has become a much more affordable commodity.

Vivint itself has been operating for over 10 years so it has seen dramatic changes in the market over that time period and many average homeowners are now able to afford high-tech and advance equipment whereas a decade ago it was firmly out of the question. This comes in the form of CCTV and automatic doors locks and even just a few choice upgrades from Vivint can do wonders in protecting your property and with crime on the rise and equipment becoming less expensive then consulting Vivint should be something that you need to consider especially with summer sales right around the corner.

How the BBB Makes Money

The BBB has come under some criticism in recent years and their usefulness to the business community has come into question. For example, Google was advocated by the BBB as being the top global brand but also had an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB itself as it had 2 outstand complaints that were unresolved and just 2 complaints for a company and business the size of Google is pretty good going. However, that being said, how does the BBB actually make money?

Well for many one criticism of the BBB is that it is becoming more and more like a franchise these days in that businesses pay money to become members of the BBB so that they can display the BBB logo on their website and this, in turn, convinces many consumers that the company itself is legit. This is where the BBB gets most of its income from and without this membership then it would be pretty hard to sustain the BBB itself however this membership only allows you to display the logo and many businesses who do not pay a fee do get reviewed on the BBB site and build up a substantial client base this way for free.
